Our Founding Partner &
Managing Director
Jad Estephan
Jad has more than 13 years in investment management experience covering the full spectrum of investment activities. He has worked across different locations across MENA for local and multinational companies such as Bupa Arabia and Allianz where he led strategy design, portfolio construction & management, reporting, governance, and operations, among others and was responsible for growing investment returns and building sustainable teams and organizations.
While at his last role heading investments, Jad realized the need for targeted, efficient, opinionated advice or analysis facilitating decision making and problem solving, bringing Lynx & bee Consulting to light.
Jad is a CFA® charterholder and an active member of various societies. He has a BA in Banking & Finance from the Lebanese American University and is fluent in English, Arabic, and French. Jad is passionate about sports, enjoys playing and competing, and likes to travel and explore.
